Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Esthetica by Dr.Shangavi, we value your time and ours. Please read this policy carefully before booking any service. By confirming a booking and paying a deposit, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Booking Deposit

A non-refundable booking deposit of ₹2,000 is required to confirm any appointment. This deposit is adjusted against your total service fee on the day of the appointment.

  • The booking deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations, no-shows, or change of mind.
  • Your appointment slot is only secured upon receipt of the deposit.
  • The deposit receipt, invoice, and pre-care instructions will be sent to you via WhatsApp or Email.

2. Rescheduling Policy

Each appointment may be rescheduled only once. The following fees apply based on when the rescheduling request is made:

  • More than 24 hours before appointment: No rescheduling fee. Your full ₹2,000 deposit is carried forward to the new appointment date.
  • Less than 24 hours before appointment: A rescheduling fee of ₹1,000 is deducted. The remaining ₹1,000 is carried forward as a partial deposit for your next appointment.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • If you cancel your appointment at any time, the booking deposit of ₹2,000 is forfeited entirely.
  • In the event of a no-show (failure to attend without prior notice), the full deposit is forfeited and no rescheduling credit is provided.
  • Esthetica by Dr.Shangavi reserves the right to cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., medical emergency, natural events). In such cases, the full deposit will be carried forward or refunded at our discretion.

4. Refund Policy

No refunds are provided on any services under any circumstances once the service has been performed.

  • All aesthetic and PMU services are final once performed. Results vary between individuals based on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare compliance.
  • Dissatisfaction with results is not grounds for a refund. If you have concerns about your outcome, please contact us to discuss complimentary touch-up eligibility as per our service terms.
  • Booking deposits paid online are non-refundable.

5. Touch-Up Sessions

Touch-up eligibility (where applicable) is determined on a case-by-case basis and is subject to our touch-up policy communicated at the time of service. Touch-ups are not a substitute for refunds.
