1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or booking any service at Esthetica by Dr.Shangavi, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services.

2. Services

Esthetica by Dr.Shangavi offers permanent makeup (PMU), paramedical, and skin treatment services performed exclusively in-person at our clinic in JP Nagar, Bengaluru. All services are rendered by or under the supervision of qualified professionals.

  • Results of aesthetic and PMU treatments may vary between individuals based on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare compliance.
  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Pre-consultation is strongly advised.
  • Certain treatments may not be suitable for all clients. We reserve the right to decline service if a client is deemed unsuitable on medical or safety grounds.

3. Appointments & Booking

All appointments must be booked in advance. A non-refundable booking deposit of ₹2,000 is required to confirm your slot. This deposit is adjusted against the total service fee on the day of your appointment.

  • Appointments are considered confirmed only upon receipt of the booking deposit.
  • Walk-in appointments are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
  • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling at the clinic's discretion.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

  • Be at least 18 years of age. Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who must provide written consent.
  • Disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or contraindications prior to treatment.
  • Follow all pre-care and post-care instructions provided by our team. Failure to do so may affect results and voids any obligation on our part to re-do the treatment.
  • Not be pregnant or nursing unless cleared by a medical professional.

5. Payments

We accept payments via cash, UPI, and card. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Booking deposits are processed securely.

6. Cancellation & Refund

Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details. In summary, all services are non-refundable once performed and booking deposits are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of Esthetica by Dr.Shangavi and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction or redistribution without prior written consent is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Esthetica by Dr.Shangavi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
