Shipping & Delivery Policy
Esthetica by Dr.Shangavi is a professional aesthetic and permanent makeup clinic. This policy outlines how our services and associated documents are delivered to clients.
1. Nature of Services
All treatments and services offered by Esthetica by Dr.Shangavi — including Permanent Makeup (PMU), paramedical procedures, and skin treatments — are performed exclusively in-person at our clinic premises.

We do not offer any home visits, mobile services, or remote/virtual treatments.
2. No Physical Shipping
Esthetica by Dr.Shangavi does not sell or ship any physical products. We are a service-based clinic and no physical goods are dispatched to clients at any time.
3. Digital Document Delivery
The following documents are delivered digitally via WhatsApp or Email after booking or service completion:
- Booking confirmation and deposit receipt
- Invoice / payment receipt
- Pre-care instructions (sent before the appointment)
- Post-care / aftercare instructions (sent after the service)
Digital documents are typically delivered within 24 hours of appointment confirmation or service completion. Pre-care instructions are sent at least 24–48 hours before a scheduled appointment wherever possible.
4. Appointment Location
Clients are required to visit the clinic in person for all services. Directions and location details are available on our Contact Us page and via Google Maps.
